We have Vendor Opportunities available!
— Space is limited. Vendors will be set up on a 6′ x 2.5′ table along the walls of the ballroom.
— If you require a specific set up, please contact us and we can see what arrangements we can make; however, we cannot make any guarantees. This could also affect the number of tables that are available. (for example, if you need a plug at your table or want to be beside a specific other vendor)
— Each table is $55 and includes 1 vendor pass for the 3 days. If you need a second pass, it will be an extra $10. Any more than 2 will be full price.
— Payment is due within 48 hours of being accepted as a vendor. It can be sent by e-transfer to vendors@enbicon.ca (autodeposite is active)
— Tables will mainly be allotted on a first come, first serve basis; however, EnBiCon organizers reserve the right to prioritize our sponsors, per our sponsor agreement, as well as diversity in items offered. This is mainly to provide a variety of options for our attendees, due to the limited number of tables available.
— EnBiCon is not responsible for your tables or any of your items. The rooms are locked overnight.
